1. General Conduct

Respect for wildlife, nature, and local communities is paramount. Adhere to ethical and responsible safari practices. Harassment or harm to wildlife is strictly prohibited.

2. Safety Regulations

Always follow the safety instructions from your guides. Do not wander from the group. Firearms are prohibited. Campfires are only allowed in designated, supervised areas.

3. Wildlife Interaction

Maintain a safe distance from all animals; do not feed or touch them. Keep noise levels low and avoid flash photography in sensitive areas. No littering.

4. Vehicle & Equipment

Seat belts must be worn. Do not extend body parts outside the moving vehicle. Negligent damage to equipment may result in financial responsibility.

5. Camp Regulations

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Secure your personal belongings. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Consume alcohol moderately.

6. Booking & Cancellation

A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with full payment due before the safari. Cancellation policies apply as per our terms. No refunds for early departures.

7. Environmental Responsibility

We encourage using reusable bottles and bags to minimize plastic waste. Use water and electricity responsibly. Adhere to "leave no trace" principles.

8. Medical & Emergency

Please disclose any pre-existing medical conditions. First aid is available, and emergency protocols are in place. Ensure you have valid travel insurance.
